Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

ChordVox offers a free forever local transcription tier with no credit card required. You can download local models, use basic dictation, and evaluate the core workflow before purchasing Pro.

2. Digital Delivery

ChordVox is a digital product. Delivery is considered complete immediately when the license key is issued (displayed on-screen and sent via email). Due to the nature of digital software and the availability of a permanent free tier, all sales are final once the Pro license is delivered.

3. Refunds

• Unless required by applicable law, delivered Pro digital licenses are non-refundable.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of an active subscription term.
• If activation or billing appears incorrect, contact support first so we can verify the order and help resolve the issue.

4. Subscriptions and Renewal

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
• Cancellation stops future renewals only. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your bank, your license will be immediately revoked. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — we're committed to resolving issues quickly.

6. Questions Before Purchase

We typically respond within 24 hours.

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Any legally required refund, if applicable, is processed through Creem and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
